The following is a letter received from Jim Jagel, a Toledo Caterer with over 50 years in the catering business, who attended an event at Parkway Place on April 30, 2009. Jim actually gave us a Report Card on our facility. We would like to share his unsolicited comments regarding his experience. I was very impressed with your facility, the pleasant surroundings, lighting, carpet, spacing of tables for persons with disabilities, air conditioning system, and the entrance to the room, buffet and bar areas.

Your wait staff appeared to be well trained and used the right amount of professional courtesy. They carried out all their duties in a very timely manner. The supervisors and staff did an excellent job, and paid attention to the details. Keep up the good work and you'll become the best in Toledo.
George, I commend you and your crew for doing an exceptional job on this event. The attention to detail was superb. Everyone keep up the good work and Parkway Place will be the #1 facility to go to in the Toledo area!

Thank you so much for all of the time and effort you put into making Parkway Place perfect for our special day. Everything about the hall exceeded our expectations - it was breathtakingly beautiful! We will never see a reception hall top the job you and your staff did on ours, and we aren't just saying that because it was ours. We truly mean that from the bottom of our hearts. You are such a wonderful, kind - hearted person and we can't express how grateful we are to have had our wedding reception be in the hands of someone like you!!
